We manage the strategy, outreach, pitching, follow-ups, and booking coordination for your podcast guest appearances. Once a host confirms a recording, we pass all confirmed details to you so you can prepare and attend the interview with confidence.

Podcast guesting is relationship-driven and subject to host availability, editorial fit, and timing. While we cannot guarantee placements on specific shows, we:

• Pitch strategically aligned podcasts

• Use personalized outreach (not mass blasts)

• Track responses and follow up professionally

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. We research and pitch globally based on your audience goals and language preference.

No. We are not present for the recordings. Recording is done directly between you and the podcast host, using the host’s chosen platform and process.

Our role is to secure the opportunity and ensure you have everything you need to show up prepared and professional.

We are happy to offer remote tech support as an add-on if needed.

Once an interview is booked, we will:

• Send you the show details (date, time, platform, host contact, and any prep notes provided)

• Confirm the booking on our end

• Hand the interview off to you

From that point forward, attendance and participation are your responsibility.

Missed or cancelled recordings reflect poorly on both you and our agency and may impact future booking success.

• You are responsible for showing up on time and prepared

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

  • The host declining future pitches

  • The booking being counted as fulfilled

  • Additional fees if re-booking is required

We strongly recommend blocking calendar time immediately once a recording is confirmed. We are not responsible for rescheduling or letting the host know that you are cancellig. This is your responsibility.

We are happy to pitch and coordinate in-person interviews when appropriate, however:

• All travel and related expenses are your responsibility, including:

  • Transportation

  • Accommodation

  • Meals

  • Any studio or appearance fees charged by the host

• Twisted Spur Media does not cover or reimburse in-person costs

If a show requires a guest fee, that fee is paid directly by you to the podcast and is not included in our service.

Yes. We work from an approved list or criteria discussed during onboarding. If a show falls outside of that scope, we will check in before proceeding.

To get the best results, you are expected to:

• Attend all confirmed recordings

• Use reliable audio/video equipment

• Follow the host’s recording guidelines

• Represent yourself and your brand professionally

• Promote the episode once it goes live (when possible)

Your presence and preparation are essential to long-term guesting success.

Once the interview is confirmed, communication typically shifts to you and the host directly unless otherwise agreed upon.

This ensures clear scheduling, last-minute logistics, and a smooth recording experience.
